This policy explains what personal data Puro Premium Cigars collects through this website and when you contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We follow Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

Who we are

This website is operated by Puro Premium Cigars (UEN 202308776G), 30 Merchant Road, #02-02 Riverside Point, Singapore 058282. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Puro Premium Cigars.

What we collect

When you contact us. If you WhatsApp, call or email us, we receive whatever you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address and the content of your message.

When you visit this website. With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, such as which pages are visited, how long people stay, the type of device and browser, and the general area visitors come from. Google Analytics does not tell us who you are.

We do not ask for, and this website does not collect, payment details. We do not sell anything through this website.

Cookies and similar technologies

  • Essential: a small record stored in your browser that remembers your age confirmation, your cookie choice and your language. Without it, the website would ask you every time.
  • Analytics (optional): Google Analytics cookies, used only if you leave “Allow analytics cookies” ticked. You can change this at any time using “Cookie Settings” at the bottom of every page.
  • Third parties: the Google Map on our homepage is provided by Google, which may set its own cookies when the map loads. Links to WhatsApp and Google take you to services run by those companies, under their own privacy policies.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

We only share personal data with service providers who help us run this website and our business, such as our website host and Google, or where the law requires it. These providers may store data outside Singapore. Where they do, we take reasonable steps to make sure it is protected to a standard comparable to the PDPA.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law. Analytics data is kept according to Google Analytics’ retention settings.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to us using it. To do so, email our Data Protection Officer at jerome@puro.sg. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible, and within the time frames set by the PDPA.

Age

This website is intended only for people aged 21 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 21.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
